Drink More

One of my goals for 2012 (and beyond) is to drink more water.  I mentioned before that I probably live dangerously dehydrated most of the time, which means this little lifestyle alteration is an absolute must-do.  Pop is my one major vice (besides my killer sweet-tooth), and I always keep saying that I need to cut back on this habit.
I should probably practice what I preach to my patients, but half the time, water is not what I am craving.  This problem has now been solved.  I found these little pods at the grocery store today called MiO.  It is like the powder water flavor enhancers but so much better.  I got the fruit punch MiO and I have downed a liter so far today.  A little flavoring every now and then will definitely help me increase my water intake.  I can't wait to see how it affects my skin (hello winter dry skin!).  Now...how long before I stop peeing every five minutes?
