Though not our first snow of this season, we had our first real snow of the season this weekend. The kind that sticks and requires the snow plows to rumble down the bridge by our apartment. Winter is definitely here to stay now -- hello
10 degree mornings! There is a few inches on the ground, just enough to make everything pretty, but not so much that sad snow piles up on the side of the streets.
In non-weather news, my fall semester is winding down and I am busy tidying and finishing all the loose ends of a paperwork-heavy term...plus studying for one final. On my workstudy soundtrack for this chilly Monday is a version of one of my Christmas favorites: The First Nowell, from Merry Axemas, which is one of the few Christmas albums I can get my grinch husband on board with :)
